Who we are and what we do?
The Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association (SRMA) is a professional organization representing local companies engaged in manufacturing operations producing products for local, national, and international markets.
The purpose of the Association is to work together to encourage the economic development of Southwest Florida through manufacturing and to act as a forum for the expression, exchange of ideas and information among its members.
SRMA provides the platform to promote the general welfare of it's members in relation to economic, civic, and educational challenges. SRMA encourages the cooperative interchange of information and assistance in all matters of mutual interest, fostering social relationships and community involvement among it's membership.
SRMA provides its membership a conduit to several key organizations that work together to improve the
business environment of the region. The SRMA has active representation on the
Horizon Council, . The Horizon Council is the advisory board to the county commission on
economic development issues. This unique public-private partnership is made up of 62 member from government, education, business and community organizations. The Economic Development Office of Lee County has a staff member that attends the Board of Director meetings of the SRMA.
Active Members: Any individual, partnership or corporation in Southwest Florida engaged in manufacturing; make, process or assemble raw materials or components
into a final product that is offered for sale.
Associate Members: Any individual, partnership or corporation in Southwest Florida engaged in
activities that impact manufacturing.
